It’s taken a while, but after almost exactly a year, I now give you this session with Leine. This Amsterdam based musician, who’s real name is Marjoleine Reitsma, recorded her covers in front of a small group of talkative elderly.

She’s now working on her new album together with Moss drummer Finn Kruyning, and it might see a release later this year. She expects to surprise quite a few with the direction she’s chosen. If you don’t feel like waiting that long, you’ll surely enjoy listening to these covers of Jónsi, Fionn Regan and Tom Waits.
